Who runs this site
This site is run by Cactus Canyon Marble Race. For anything about your data, email info@cactuscanyonmarblerace.com.
What is collected, and why
Visiting the site. The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request so it can deliver them and keep the site secure. These logs are short-lived.
How the site is used.Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used: clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, the pages viewed, your device and browser type, and a rough location worked out from your IP address. It produces heatmaps and replays of visits so the site can be improved. This site sets no cookies of its own for Clarity, so each page view is treated on its own here and we don't link your visits together. Microsoft's script can still set cookies on Microsoft's own domains (clarity.ms and bing.com, such as MUID and CLID), which Microsoft uses to recognise a browser across sites that use its services. Many browsers block these third-party cookies by default. Clarity masks sensitive content in recordings, and the site has no forms for you to type into. Microsoft keeps this data for up to 13 months. You can switch Clarity off below, and if your browser sends Global Privacy Control it is never loaded at all.
Page speed.Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast pages load for visitors (loading times, browser and device type, the page address). It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you.
Visitor counts.Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and visitors (the page address, referring site, country, browser and device type). It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you.
Email. If you email the show, your message and address are used to reply. Mail to this domain is forwarded by ImprovMX to the show's mailbox.
Stored in your browser.Your light/dark theme choice and, if you make it, your choice to turn analytics off are saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
The follower and member counts on the site are fetched by the server from TikTok and Discord; no information about you is sent to them. Links to TikTok, Discord, YouTube, Facebook and the store take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Legal basis
Running and securing the site, understanding how it is used, and answering emails are done on the basis of legitimate interests. You can object at any time, and for analytics the switch below does that straight away.
Turn analytics off
Analytics are on. Switching off reloads the page without Clarity.
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, Clarity is never loaded for you.
Where your data goes
Vercel and Microsoft are based in the United States, so data may be processed there. Transfers rely on the UK–US data bridge or the standard contractual clauses those companies offer.
